Access to Tai Sophia Email via the Internet

1.  In the address bar type or click on: https://mail.tai.edu/owa
2. You may be redirected to a page that says “There is a problem with this website’s security certificate.” Click on “Continue to this website (not recommended)”… (this error occurs because we host our own security certificates in-house). You will then be directed to a page to verify your time zone and then to a login screen for Microsoft Outlook Web Access.
3. If this is your personal computer, click the radio button for “This is a private computer” (the next time you go to access your email the username field will stay populated.
4.  Enter your credentials to access your email: (YOU MUST ENTER TAISOPHIA.LOCAL\ BEFORE YOUR USERNAME) (ex. taisophia.local\jdoe) then enter your password.
