Organizations, and indeed the wider world, are calling for leaders who are skilled at broad and complex thinking, relationship building, and ethical decision making, and who can achieve and sustain social change. Tai Sophia’s groundbreaking Transformative Leadership and Social Change (TLSC) program will prepare you to be more influential and more effective in the workplace and beyond.

Through a unique and comprehensive philosophical framework, the curriculum combines the emerging field of transformative language with evidence-based leadership competencies drawn from contemporary knowledge and global wisdom traditions.

More than a leadership model or theory, the field of transformative language is based on the intentional and rigorous use of language to create positive and sustainable change. Transformative language and transformative leadership examine and address how we think, relate, and work at a fundamental, underlying level.

TLSC graduates are innovative leaders with the capacity and the skills to effectively and successfully meet the challenges of a diverse, ever-changing, and increasingly complex world.

"Throughout my career I have been privileged to take many courses in management and leadership with very prestigious institutions, and have found none as effective and long-lasting as the Transformative Leadership program at Tai Sophia Institute. It is an elegant and holistic approach to self-improvement, awareness, and teamwork. I highly recommend it to those who are tasked with leading and motivating both small and large teams in today’s challenging business environment."
